WELCOME TO THE RINGNES MANOR
The Ringnes-brothers, Amund and Ellef whom, in co-operation with Axel Heiberg started Ringnes & Co in 1876, originated from one of the most ancient farming-estates in Norway;
Ringnes Manor in the county of Kroedsherad. The bloodline, from which the Ringnes’ sprang, has a unique standing among
Norwegian peasant families; there are truly few other families in this country who have resided at the same estate for nearly
700 years — from the early twelfth century (1300 a.d).
The estate stayed in the family until the father of Amund and Ellef, Anders Ringnes, in 1858, had to leave his estate to a sideline of the family due to heavy mortgage debt.

LOCATION - HOW TO FIND US
From Oslo approximately: 59. Miles (95 km)Drive towards Sandvika on the E18, turn onto E16, towards Hoenefoss and then follow the signs toward Bergen/Geilo for approx. 30 Miles (50 km) and turn onto the road to Norefjell/Noresund.RV7. After you passed Noresund follow the fjord for appr. 6,8 Miles (11 km).

Drive to Oslo and follow the above directions.

Follow the sign to Hønefoss, and then tak RV7 and follow the above directions.
