Pub and Sauna | |
Originally an outhouse built in 1895, totally renovated in 2002 and turned into a uniqe pub, additionally it houses a sauna. Furthermore there is an outdoor bathtub for use in summer as well as the winterseason.

The Thune-Cottage |  |
The Thune-cottage was a gift to Ellef and his wife, Kaja from their close friend, Mr. Thune, the owner of Thune Engineering Workshop. He and his family stayed in it whenever they visited Ringnes Manor. The Thune-cottage is richely decorated with wood carvings and paintings done at the spot by Thune himself. The cottage contains two bedrooms and a livingroom.

The Red Lodge | |
| This was originally a stable, situated further down at the main road. It was moved up to the manor in 1890. It is now fully renovated and can accommodate two persons. |

The Main Building |  |
| Was erected in 1812 and is today the dwelling house at the manor. When Ellef Ringnes took control of the estate in 1896, he restored the building and gave it its now-a-days shape and style. In 2002 the building, once again, was totally renovated for the purpose of serving as a center for seminars, conferences and more festive occasions. Apart from a modern high-tech kitchen, all the other rooms are painstakingly brought back in time to the style and spirit from the renovation of 1896. |

The Storhouses |  |
The Storhouses was in its time bought from Numedal(the Nume-valley) and are dated back to 1620. Today they are in use for beer-knowledge-tutorials and merry gatherings during the summer-season. The Storhouses are listed buildings so they can’t be insulated for use in the winter-time.

The Guesthouse |  |
The Guesthouse now stands where Ellef, in 1914, erected the living quarter for the staff at the manor. This bulding was teared down, and todays Guesthouse was constructed in 2002. The Guesthouse consists of 12 doublerooms and a total of 36 beds; every room is of first-class standard. Each room has its own theme and character depicting the history of the manor and the brewery.

The Barn |  |
The oldest part of The Barn dates back to 1812. Beside storagerooms for farming-equipment and tools needed for the everyday farm work, the barn also contain a golf simulator, sanitary facilities and parking lots for various vehicles, such as snowmobiles and 4-wheel tractorbikes.
